By purchasing access to Ecom Launch Mastery, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Services Provided

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive:

  • A fully optimized e-commerce store set up for you.

  • 10 pre-selected, high-demand products tested in the market.

  • A personalized, professional logo.

  • Coaching and training to manage and grow your store.

  • Simple marketing strategies to attract customers quickly.

  • Access to a private community group for support and motivation.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • One-Time Payment: $497 (due at checkout).

  • Two-Payment Option: $250 due immediately, followed by an automatic second payment of $250 fifteen (15) days later.

You authorize us (Uptoprofit LLC) to automatically charge your payment method for any installment payments due. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access to services.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this offer, all sales are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information required to set up your store.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your payment method active for installment charges.

  • Your success depends on your effort, implementation, and commitment. We do not guarantee specific income or results.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, coaching sessions, and resources are for your personal use only.

  • You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute any content from Ecom Launch Mastery without written permission from Uptoprofit LLC.

6. Disclaimer

  • Uptoprofit LLC provides educational and service-based support.

  • We do not guarantee earnings, as results depend on your individual actions, strategies, and market conditions.

  • Any examples of past results or success are not promises of future performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uptoprofit LLC shall not be liable for any damages, financial losses, or claims arising from your participation in this program.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms and Conditions, including failure to complete payment.
